ソバ、甲殻類、乳製品のアレルギーみたいに、そもそも体質的にアルコールがダメな奴がいるんだよな。
これは根性とかの問題じゃないんだな。
もう「私はアルコール飲めません」みたいな証明を障害者手帳みたいに制度化して、それ見せたのに飲ませた奴は有罪にすりゃいいよ。
体質に問題ないのに飲みたくない奴は知らん。

人間には、アルコール分解酵素と、アルコールから出来たアセトアルデヒドを分解する酵素ってのがございまして、その両方を持ってない(不活性)な人は何をしてもお酒を飲めるようにはなりませんが、後者だけがある人(日本人の40%)は、練習でもって後者が前者の働きをカバーするようには出来るんだそうです。だから「飲み足らないだけ」もあながち外れではない。

勿論、他人に強要するべきことじゃないですがね。

新入生と、そのせいぜい1〜3年程度の年上の子たちに関していえば、どこが限界を知らないから勢いで致死量まで飲んじゃう/飲ませちゃうという点もあるよね。いっそ、人に飲ませる行為は免許制にしちまえ、なんていう風にも思っちゃう
